It’s okay to find “another”


It’s okay to find “another _____” until you find the right one for you.


It’s okay to try another routine, another relationship, another coach, another hairstyle, another diet, another WHATEVER.


I recently overcame the seemingly endless cycle of beating myself up for having to start again.


I used to live in such self-doubt and self-loathing whenever I didn’t achieve “perfection” in round one. 


Not only was I unnecessarily hard on myself, but I was also unnecessarily exhausting myself before I even had a chance to begin.


I realized if I truly want more for my health, wellness, and energy, then my being able to sustain and enjoy the process has to take higher

precedence than my expectations of how it “should be”.


We are not one-size-fits-all human beings and neither are the routines that serve us.


So it’s absolutely okay to try “another ______”.


If I succeed more than I fail, it’s a win for me.
