Don’t confuse feeling challenged with feeling negatively.

When we’ve never tried something before, it can be SO easy to associate feeling stretched with a negative feeling, because it’s unfamiliar.

Take a really great pair of new shoes, for example. You may love the way they look, their functionality, and the confidence they bring, but no matter what type, a shoe has to be broken in to reach its full potential.

We as entrepreneurs and human beings are the exact same way! We have to walk through the uncomfortable seasons to arrive at the people we were meant to be.

I’m currently in the process of rebranding my personal business to be more aligned with my goals for 2021 (watch out world), but let me tell you, it has not been close to as easy as my smiling social media pictures can make it seem.

For the first time I feel like I’m opening myself up to another layer of vulnerability for the entire online world to see.

But even when thoughts of self-doubt surround me, I remind myself that in order to arrive at the next level of my success and self I have to do the uncomfortable thing, until it becomes comfortable.

I want to encourage you to do the same.

Take the risk.

Try the hard thing.

Be vulnerable.

Do something you never have done before.
